I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping Individuals navigate life's challenges and reconnecting with their sense of well-being. My approach Is grounded In compassion, collaboration and evidence-based practices, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Trauma- Informed care.
I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can gain Insight, build resilience and move toward meaningful change and help each client define their clinical goals for treatment.
Whether you're seeking support through a difficult time or looking to deepen your understanding of yourself, I am here to walk alongside you on that journey. Healing Is possible and does not have to be done alone.
Christy Bush, LCSW
I have dedicated the past 12 years working with clients to create a safe and supportive environment to explore their thoughts and feelings, while developing healthy coping skills. I have experience working with a wide range of ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds, specializing in Depression, Anxiety, Pre and Postpartum, Child Development/Behavioral Issues, Anger Management, Decision Making, ADHD/OCD, Intrusive Thoughts, Self-esteem, Chronic Illness, Adjustment to End of Life & Relationship/Family Issues.
I utilize evidence-based practices and strength-based approach to help my clients feel empowered and able to successfully reach their therapeutic goals. I enter each working relationship with the understanding that you, the client, are the expert of your own life and my role is to help guide you, not to lead you, toward your desired goals.

I am a licensed mental health counselor with diagnostic privilege. I earned a master's degree from the City University of New York, John Jay College of Criminal Justice in forensic mental health counseling.
I am a compassionate and client-focused psychotherapist supporting individuals and couples through mental health challenges. I specialize in evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
My goal is to create a non-judgmental, supportive, and safe therapeutic environment that fosters trust, resilience, and personal growth. I am extremely passionate about empowering clients to heal, develop coping strategies, and build fulfilling lives and relationships. I am continuously updating clinical knowledge to ensure best practices in care.

I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) psychotherapist. I welcome clients from diverse communities. I earned my master's degree from CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Forensic Mental Health Counseling. My training and experience in a trauma focused setting has allowed me to apply various evidenced-based techniques to help clients cope with multiple mental health concerns.
I ensure to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental, and safe space while viewing issues in a multicultural lens to best understand each client's individual needs.

I am a dedicated psychotherapist, earning my Master’s Degree from Adelphi University. In addition, I have certifications in healthcare administration and have been working the health and human service field since 2006.
I am committed to providing comprehensive and personalized virtual support, creating a therapeutic space where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings and overcome mental health challenges.
I specialize in counseling individuals with various mental health concerns (depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder). In addition, I am experienced in working with clients who are struggling with bereavement, lifestyle transitions (death, divorce, relationship matters) and families who may be grieving the loss of a loved one due to suicide.

I utilize a person-centered viewpoint, where my client's individual needs and goals are highlighted. As such, the techniques and approaches utilized will vary from client to client, as no two people are the same. My focus is on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, and Cognitive Reframing.
